My partner and I are in the business of selling health supplements. Because our business is very new, we like to conduct awareness by distributing free health summaries to select a retail. Now we are on a tight budget and can not afford these other companies specializing in the distribution of the magazine. My question is: there are laws on the distribution of a free magazine for retailers?

You’d have to check your local laws on solicitation. If you solicit at a place where you are not suppose to be, you will be charged with trespassing. It is advisable that you get the permission from the retailers before you distribute anything. You can also distribute to apartment complexes or private homes. You may not use the mail boxes because it is federal property.
