What are the best websites for free magazines where you can read the whole magazine, not just snippets of it?

I will not pay ridiculous prices to magazines like National Geographic and Scientific American office to be online. There are websites where you can read all the magazines for free? The one I saw Magatopia and is not good, only fragments of magazine articles, not the whole enchilada.
